Specifically, Ben supports individuals to navigate through life’s challenges, empowering them to make positive, lasting change. We improve lives by enhancing health and wellbeing through our free and confidential online self-help, helpline and support services. Through this, Ben is best placed to alleviate the mental, financial, and broader wellbeing issues affecting the UK automotive industry today.
Ben provides life-changing support to those facing crisis as well as helping them prevent crisis. We empower people to be more in control of managing health and wellbeing to help them live well, think well, feel well and work well. Our support is tailored and relevant to the needs of the individual, addressing every aspect of a person’s life.
Last year Ben provided advice and support to over 65,000 people online and over 3,000 with one-to one support. The number is growing every year but 85% of individuals that we help now feel more in control of their circumstances.
Ben also operates flexible, continuing care and support for those in later life, which is not dependent on an automotive industry connection. This includes excellent nursing, residential, dementia and respite care via its care centres and retirement village.
We support the best automotive workforce in the world, and we ensure that no-one in automotive faces difficulty alone. Ben helps people create a better tomorrow.
