Mind My Art approaches people from all walks of life and  secluded people suffering from mental health issues or not. We encourage them to enjoy creativity as a self-therapeutic tool to express how they feel or would like to feel. We present them with a common theme and ask them to develop their artwork independently but with the support of our Coordinator if needed, reinforcing that way their self-motivation, self-confidence, and contrast of interpretation.

We then encourage inclusion and integration as we gather all our participants in a private exhibition where we highlight uniqueness in togetherness by allowing them to mingle in a friendly and respectful setting and chat about their creative skills, techniques, their personal situations, and coping mechanisms, as they wish.

We then reproduce the experience but this time the participants reveal their artworks to their family, friends, and the public in general.
The charity aims to reach across barriers and break them down with inclusion in a project that helps all and at the same time creates the concept of a big society as a one community.
The exhibition is a testimony of the different variations in mental health, with the importance of kindness and empathy when it comes to others’ points of view, perspectives, or personal situations.
Participation to our projects is free and for non-professional artists.
Excellence is not the aim here but having the courage to express how one feels is, and nobody is right or wrong.
In a world where we are not always conditioned to express how we feel, Creativity /Art is a great self-therapeutic tool that does not require any words and all art mediums are welcome in our projects.
Our current project is “the 2020-21 confinements and the effects of the virus”
