The St Regis has some exceptional dining venues where you can take your senses on a culinary adventure.

Meal plan: Bed and breakfast. Half board (breakfast and evening meal), is in selected restaurants and a la carte dishes are available with a supplement. The St Regis may close certain restaurants from time to time.

Dress Code: During the day the dress code is casual, during the evening the restaurants prefer guests to be smart-casual so shirts and trousers (full length) for the men.

Oléa
Influenced by the Mediterranean, Oléa is the all day dining restaurant featuring live cooking stations. Located on the lower level of the lobby, Oléa is open for breakfast 0630 to 1100, lunch 1200 to 1500 and dinner 1830 to 2300.

55&5^th, The Grill
Inspired by the address of the original St Regis in New York, this is the resort’s signature dining venue.

Sontaya
This exquisite Southeast Asian restaurant looks out to the beach and across the Arabian Gulf. Sontaya is near the outdoor swimming pool and is open for lunch 1200 to 1500 and dinner 1830 to midnight.

Turquoiz
Turquoiz is a beach restaurant made up of a rustic series of buildings along the beach serving seafood and other light snacks. Turquoiz is open from 1130 to 0230.

The St Regis Athletic Club comprises a large state-of-the-art gym, a juice bar and a 25m indoor lap pool. This exclusive fitness centre also has 2 tennis courts, 2 squash courts and 4 outdoor swimming pools.

Sandcastle Club

The Sandcastle Club is set within a themed cave and is filled with books, toys and soft furnishings. There is also a climbing wall, sandpit and an outdoor pool. Sandcastle Club is available to children from 1 – 12 years and is open 7 days a week from 0800 to 1900.
