Join us for future Weekday Wellness session, hosted by our Wellness Ambassador Jenny Tomei to help with your fitness and nutrition goals and questions! Sessions are hosted via zoom every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 8:45am.
These sessions are free, but we ask that you make a donation to The Mintridge Foundation to help support their mission to assist young people of all ages, abilities and physical capabilities to develop confidence and resilience, and creates awareness of the importance of mental and physical wellbeing through sport.
