All our holidays start with an included Private Chauffer Transfer to the airport*, we’ll never ask you to share. Our included meals, which are customised per tour, give a flavour of the local culture and cuisine, and there is always plenty of time to explore independently.

Travelsphere Cares, Changing Lives Through Travel, in partnership with Planeterra

We know the places we visit inside out and often get to hear about people and communities in need. Working with non-profit organisation Planeterra, we are supporting a variety of projects around the world through our Travelsphere Cares initiatives. On some holidays we’ll take you to see the work that’s being done and meet some of the people who benefit.

In 2003, G Touring (Travelsphere) owner Bruce Poon Tip created the Planeterra Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to minimise tourism’s impact on the world’s great destinations and promote sustainable solutions in the communities that call those destinations home. As a non-profit supported by for-profit businesses, Planeterra’s operational model is different from traditional charities. The mission is simple: to work with communities to harness the benefits of travel, and to support and grow social, environmental, and economic solutions in destinations travellers love.

We’re delighted to have received the World Travel and Tourism Councils (WTTC) Safe Travels stamp, which recognises businesses and destinations worldwide that have adopted a new set of global protocols to support the return of ‘Safe Travel’ around the world. The ‘Safe Travels’ stamp provides our customers, with assurance and peace of mind that we have implemented enhanced health and hygiene protocols on all holidays aligned with WTTC’s Safe Travels Protocols based on experience and guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We understand the world is adapting and changing constantly during the pandemic, which is why we want to give you peace of mind when booking your next holiday with our Reassurance Guarantee.

This is our most flexible booking policy ever, you can book with confidence knowing your money is 100% protected, you can amend your holidays for free and you can cancel up to 45 days before departure and not lose a penny*.

Rest assured your money is 100% protected. Any money you pay to us is held in an independent Trust Fund, governed by 3rd party trustees. We don’t receive any money until after you’ve come back from your holiday – so your money is 100% protected no matter what.

For any booking made before 30th April 2021 you can change or amend the booking as many times as you need without incurring any amendment fees or arrangement fees.

You can now cancel any booking made before 30th April 2021, up to 45 days before departure without losing a penny. You literally have nothing to lose!
