At A&K we know how important flexibility and peace of mind are when planning your holidays. Our book with confidence policy allows you to change or postpone your holiday, for any Covid-related reason, up to 15 days before your travel date.
For all new bookings made up to 28 February 2021 for travel before 30 November 2021, we are offering our guests the flexibility to change or postpone up to 15 days before your travel date. A&K will not charge you should you choose to change to a new destination or move your travel dates and you can rebook to travel any time before 30 November 2021.
If you are unsure of your future travel plans when you wish to make your change, we can provide you with a travel credit to 100% of the value of your holiday, valid for travel through to 31 December 2022.

Arriving from London, you’ll step off the aeroplane into Nairobi’s balmy evening air. We’ll be there to meet and take you to the Eka Hotel for a relaxing evening before your tailor made Kenya tour begins.
It’s a short flight from Nairobi to Lewa Downs, yet there will be plenty to see. Passing the heights of Mount Kenya, you’ll land in a lush nature reserve where big game thrives. The short transfer from the airstrip to your intimate Lewa Safari Camp doubles as a game drive.
For two days you can immerse yourself in the majesty of Lewa. Morning game drives at sunrise offer the chance to see wildlife at its most active. Meanwhile, evening drives offer predators hungrily prowling on the hunt. You’ll have the unique opportunity to spot elephant, lion, giraffe and black and white rhinoceros. A helicopter ride helps you appreciate the beauty and vastness of the area that the animals cover.
Your next stop is the iconic Masai Mara, one of the finest reserves in Africa. At Sanctuary Olonana you’ll stay on the banks of the Mara River in the heart of big game country. You’ll spot plenty of wildlife on the way to the lodge, and even more on your first afternoon game drive. End your safari with a sundowner.
For the next two days you can decide whether it’s exclusive game drives or relaxing watching hippo from the decks of Sanctuary Olonana. For visceral bush encounters you can set out on foot with an expert ranger or you can visit the local Maasai manyatta to learn more about their way of life.
You’ll have time for one last game drive at dawn, before heading to the airstrip for your flight to the Kenya coast for three nights of relaxation on the beach.
Kenya’s south coast is the perfect place to relax and reflect on your safari adventure. Indulge in spa treatments or simply while away your time with a good book by the pool at Hemmingways Watamu.
There’s time for one last walk on the beach before you board your flight back to Nairobi. Toast a terrific trip with dinner at a top Nairobi restaurant, before boarding an overnight flight back to the UK.
