Green highlights from Pompano Beach

Pompano Beach’s Shipwreck Park offers an unforgettable scuba diving experience while protecting and preserving natural marine ecosystems. This underwater wonderland features 17 different wrecks and sunken artworks that create artificial reefs, which help to restore natural coral reefs and facilitate the natural colonization of marine habitats. Visitors may also enjoy nearby Wahoo Bay located in Pompano Beach’s Hillsboro Inlet, an immersive underwater educational marine park designed to be a living laboratory to show the community the importance of keeping our oceans and reefs healthy.

If you’re visiting from December through April, don’t miss The Green Market Pompano Beach. It runs on the second and fourth Saturday of the month from 9am to 1pm.
