Our founder and CEO, Melissa Tilling has been selected by TTG and its six Sustainable Travel Heroes – Avis, G Touring, Greek National Tourism Organisation, Hurtigruten, Iberostar and Intrepid – as one of their brand-new trainee Sustainable Travel Ambassadors! She was selected by TTG and the Heroes due to her and Charitable Travel’s demonstrable commitment to and passion for sustainable travel.
As a Sustainable Travel Ambassador in training, Melissa will have to complete a six-part course of educational workshops covering new sustainable trends within the travel industry, tips and tricks on measuring carbon emissions, how to pick the best sustainable holiday suppliers, and so much more!
She will be using this new information to further her understanding of the best new sustainable practices to use and to help even more people #TravelForGood with Charitable Travel!
