We operate across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland and in partnership with our sister charity, Energy Action Scotland, to ensure we have the greatest reach. Our aim is to end fuel poverty and we work to do this by:
- Campaigning to ensure that the needs of fuel-poor households are recognised and addressed.
- Research into the causes and impacts of fuel poverty and the development of policies to tackle them.
- Developing national qualifications and managing their implementation so more frontline workers can deliver advice and support people in need.
- Delivering targeted projects that support local communities.
- Providing specialist support and advice for those struggling to afford their gas and electric.
- Giving benefits advice and claim support to help more people access financial support.
- Providing hardship funds to provide practical and immediate support to people in crisis.
But we cannot do this alone. We need your support to provide a lifeline to those in need.
